YOUTH FOOTBALL CLINIC INFORMATION

The Youth Football Clinic will be held on June 27th, 2023 from 8 AM to 12 PM at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium. The Clinic is free to participants and is open to all children ages 7 to 12. Lunch and a t-shirt will be provided as part of this clinic.

*Please note, space is limited and registration is required along with a signed waiver to participate.*

What date/time does the Youth Clinic take place?

Tuesday, June 27th. Check-in will begin at 8 AM, with the Clinic beginning at 8:30 AM. Pick-up is at 12:00 PM.

Where will the Youth Clinic take place?

Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium located at 705 33rd Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

Is there a rain date? How will I be notified of a change due to weather conditions?

A rain date is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 28th. If there is a change due to weather, updates will be posted on our social media and sent via email.

What should my child wear?

Shorts, a t-shirt and sneakers comfortable for physical activity.

What should my child bring?

Children do not need to bring anything with them. They should leave footballs, helmets, gloves, water bottles, etc. at home. The Myrtle Beach Bowl will provide everything needed throughout the morning. *if your child has food allergies, please see the question below on food*

Will water be available? Covered areas for shade?

Water, gatorade and ice will be provided by the City of Myrtle Beach and be available at hydration stations at all times. Tents will be set up to offer participants shade.

Will there be food?

Yes, participants will be served a snack and lunch. If your child has food allergies, please pack a safe snack and lunch–this can be given to staff at check-in.

Can parents attend?

Parents are welcome to observe the Youth Clinic from the stands at Doug Shaw Stadium. Food and beverage will NOT be provided to parents.

Will there be medics on site?

Athletic Trainers will be on site.
